I'm new to the town and I got my glasses and contact lens exams done here without any issues. The front desk ladies are super friendly and kind. They checked me in and out smoothly, and especially tried to help me to get the deduction as much as I could from my insurance. Dr. Kapoor is professional, patient, and willing to answer all questions which making me comfortable during the exams. Thank you doc and the team!​​​​​​​

Recently visited Dr. Black at Eagle View Eye Care and had an well rounded experience. From staff- super friendly and helpful, to the main optometrist I saw, Dr. Black was thorough during the eye check-up, taking the time to explain everything. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Black and Eagle View Eye Care to anyone looking for great eye care with a positive experience. Will be back in a year for more contacts!​​​​​​​

My regular physician told me I am at risk for glaucoma (elevated eye pressure) so I got recommended to come here. The staff here made it well worth it, they did an abundance of checkups and got various base levels to really make sure everything was alright with my eyes. I had some questions and the doc made sure to do more than just answer my questions, with all the valuable information given to me I literally left feeling like an eye doctor myself.. would definitely suggest coming here​​​​​​​

Dr. Black and his team are outstanding!! From ease of setting up the appointment, verifying coverage/costs, getting me in, seen, and out. Whole process was a breeze! Clean office, they wipe everything, Doc and staff are very nice and helpful. Had many questions about my eyes as it's been some time since I've needed new contacts. Dr Derek Black listened to my concerns, asked questions to make sure he best understood, and offered highly tailored contact reccomendations with many facts and knowledge. I also had many questions abt glaucoma, pink eye, and more even though I am not currently at risk. Him and his team not only really know there stuff, they have all the advanced testing capabilities, and were very helpful and kind, even joking - I know my questions got a bit annoying and irrelevant but they were very professional and helpful throughout - this is much appreciated. Usually dont leave reviews for optometrists haha but I highly, highly reccomend going to see them!!​​​​​​​

Excellent practice! Dr. Black is excellent and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and very responsive. Four, pretty much five, family members are now patients here. Highly recommend, not only for vision correction but for general eye health.​​​​​​​

Dr. Black and Cindy were wonderfully accommodating as I got used to my new glasses. They always expressed care and concern through this process, and worked with me to create success. I like my glasses and even more, appreciate their kindly assistance! Kudos to their professionalism and determination to find the right solution for me. This kind of customer service seems much harder to find in today's world. They truly deserve these 5-Stars!​​​​​​​
